• If you don't use Principia, this is a SAVE-BREAKING UPDATE. Please revert to v19.1 if you have any vessels on their way to other moons or planets, or risk having their encounters lost. If you use Principia, then the change to finalizeOrbit will not affect you.

What's Changed

• Turn off finalizeOrbit in Kopernicus configs by @lamont-granquist in #285 -- this will help encounter stability and prevent the "disappearing encounter" issue, apart from improving interaction with MechJeb.
