64DD Dump Tool v1.0-beta5

Beta 5 release of the newly rewritten 64DD Dump Tool which now supports dumping a lot of things.
Now works on 64drive, Everdrive 64, Everdrive 64 X Series and SC64.

Binary includes the .z64 ROM file as well as a .map file for debugging just in case of an error.

If you have done skip dumps with retail disks before v1.0-beta3, please redump them with this version.
