64DD Dump Tool v1.0-beta3

Beta 3 release of the newly rewritten 64DD Dump Tool which now supports dumping a lot of things.
Now works on 64drive and Everdrive 64.

See readme.txt for more information.

Binary includes the .z64 ROM file as well as a .map file for debugging just in case of an error.

If you have done skip dumps with retail disks before, please redump them with this version.

• Fix off-by-one error with skip dumps which prevented to dump the first block of the RAM area.
  If you have done skip dumps before, please redo them with this version.
