After #400, AiiDA tests will only run on Python 3.8. We should relax this requirement once the appropriate fixes have been released upstream.

We could also, temporarily, set the 3.7 Python version to 3.7.7?

This can now be reverted, since it seems to have been solved, see aiidateam/aiida-core#4290.
