If we are making changes to MEDS that break the MEDS ETL, we probably want to know. It may be a good idea to add add the MEDS ETL tests to the GitHub workflow for this repo: https://github.com/Medical-Event-Data-Standard/meds/blob/main/.github/workflows/python-test.yml
