… because RPM packages built for 4.3.0 do run fine on SFOS 4.4.0, 4.5.0 and 4.6.0, but seem to fail on 5.0.0 as indicated by reports on FSO. Unfortunately, I do not know which the minimal target release is for executing binaries on SFOS 5.0.0, hence using 4.6.0 which definitely works (but these binaries only run on SFOS 4.6.0 and 5.0.0).

Reverting, because "packages built for 4.3.0 do […] seem to fail on SFOS 5.0.0" apparently was a over-interpretation by me. Sometimes it is hard to grasp what statements at FSO exactly mean, because most do not provide much context to "does not work" (respectively here: "des not install"). Hence I asked Jolla C2 users (currently only they have access to SailfishOS 5.0.0) to test and one did and clearly stated that binaries compiled at the SailfishOS-OBS for 4.3.0 do run on 5.0.0. |

Unfortunately, I do not know which the minimal target release is for executing binaries on SFOS 5.0.0, hence using 4.5.0 which was indicated to work for Storeman at FSO (but these binaries only run on SFOS 4.5.0, 4.6.0 and 5.0.0).
