Builds on top of #1457, view the last commit for the code changes just in this feature.
Now that the print queue dialog has some useful features in it that allow organizing and reordering the units to be printed, it makes sense to reuse that dialog when printing units from a MUL file.
This pull request makes it so that the Print -> From MUL... menu option opens the same dialog as Print -> Queue Units to Print..., but with the units list prefilled from the MUL. The corresponding Export option is similarly affected.
The options to print/export with a single unit per page are removed, since the dialog already has this functionality as a checkbox.
If printing from a MUL file, the dialog will include the name of the pilot and their skills with each unit to identify it.
