Add the column about "Team Site (not groups connected)" in the table Feature Comparison. We use very often "only" a SharePoint site, not groups connected with all the additional M365 services. In a team site you can change the navigation to Top.

Thanks for the update, @davemehr. I'm going to accept it as is, but if you get the chance, maybe you could add some criteria in the body of the article explaining when you might want to choose the "Team Site (not groups connected)" option? You sort of hit it in the table, but I think it would make sense to have something in the main prose as well.
