I am using Diagnostic Biochips P128-5 probes, which have 4 shanks and 32 channels per shank and sorting using Kilosort-2.5. I was having issues with loading the channel map in the gui, so I switched over to running kilosort-main instead. This does not seem to cause the same issues, but when I load the results into Phy, I notice that the channel ID does not line up with the actual channel map provided by Diagnostic Biochips. I am attaching two screenshots highlighting this discrepancy but it's true for most if not all of the channels. I am not sure how to fix this or if it's a kilosort problem or a phy problem. Does anyone have any ideas what could be going wrong??
