Handle out-of-range Latitude & Longitude values in Viewfinder

In the soon-to-be-released ViewfinderView, when latitude and longitude values entered are outside the valid range (-90 to 90 for latitude, -180 to 180 for longitude), the system does not prevent zooming or navigating to these coordinates. Instead, it shows a message indicating the map's behaviour will be inconsistent. Cesium interprets these values using modulus operation (e.g., -1701.2 becomes -1701.2 mod 180).

This behaviour might be confusing to users, as it is not clear what the viewfinder will do when out-of-range coordinates are entered. It is also not clear if there are scenarios where entering values outside the 90/-90 and 180/-180 ranges is desirable or necessary.

We should consult with researchers and users to understand if there are scenarios where entering values outside the 90/-90 and 180/-180 ranges is desirable or necessary. Otherwise, we should considering restricting navigation to out-of-range coordinates and display an error message instead of attempting to interpret them. We could also consider displaying the corrected latitude and longitude (the values to which the map actually navigates) in cases where out-of-range coordinates are entered.
