In implementing the bypass it was decided that it was worthwhile to break out the
xwrc_platform_xilinx.vhdinto technology specific files. This PR therefore also introduces anxwrc_platform_kintex7.vhd. This is currently not integrated intoxwrc_platform_xilinx.vhdsince the same would need to be done for all other technologies before this is feasible, which is an arduous task. The newxwrc_platform_kintex7.vhdis therefore used inxwrc_board_kasli.vhddirectly.
