  1. Use renv lock file 2024Q1 of HADES-wide release to install R packages 

    * Use binary CRAN repository; use fixed date of the CRAN snapshot (reproducibility).
* Add system dependencies from Posit Package Manager.
* Use cache mount during build (reduce final image size).
* Work around issue with reticulate (install python3-virtualenv instead of python3-venv).
