Written and solidified the rules.

  • Renamed and rephrased many things for clarity and consistency.
  • Added new marked hexes mechanic.
  • Removed useless ACTION (S) mechanic.
  • Removed "Walk +1"/"Walk -1" mechanic and replaced with regular walk abilities.
