Possible problem areas

CrossRef

• different namespace versions. (http://www.crossref.org/xschema/1.0 is used for articles before 2012)
• need to check doi agency first
• linking resource types are supported by api.crossref.org (see rcrossref issue).

DOAJ

• csv file will be updated every 30 minutes. No versioning so far in order to detect discarded journals.
