Feature or improvement description
We have been intentionally keeping the supported VS version to 2017 to support users on older platforms. This had recently been updated to 2019, but we want to keep it at 2017 (there is no functional difference in the solution files).
Visual Studio 15
VisualStudioVersion = 15.0.28307.902
