Missing autoupdate for first change recommendation in amendment

Current behaviour:
If an amendment is getting a first change recommendation, then the change recommendation and the "Summary of changes"-Box is not displayed until the page is reloaded

Reproduction:
in a meeting:

1. create a motion
2. create an amendment for this motion
3. after creating the amendment make a change request inn the amendment
   1. hover around the beginning of the sentence (a bit more to the left) until you find a blue cross-icon
   2. press the icon
   3. change something in the sentence and save
4. the change request is not displayed
5. reload the page -> the change request is displayed

Wanted behaviour:
The change request should be displayed after it is saved
