we want to redesign the Event Management Dashboard Tab for the talawa Admin portal

• we want the dashboard to be as a card and match the consistency in terms of designs as we follow across talawa.
• This issue is for a single tab i.e dashboard that renders the details of the event.

How should I change the date to the format given in the figma file here? Should I introduce a new package which can help do this or create a custom function?

Use a custom function. We get too many outdated package alerts. It's a simple task.

We'll need to create an issue to set an organization's time zone to help standardize the time.
