ADMIN REDESIGN: redesign the Event Management Dashboard's Sidebar for the talawa Admin portal

we are planning redesigning the admin portal, this issue is a part of that redesigning flow.

we want to redesign the Event Management Dashboard sidebar for the talawa Admin portal

• we want the sidenav to be as it is and add tabs on top instead.
• this issue is for converting sidebar to the tabs.
