What needs to be changed:

  • Related links changed to use "host" instead of "machine"
  • EndpointDetails class rename Machine to HostId

Do we also need a OriginatingHostDisplayName ?

How do we handle backwards compatibility with endpoints < 4.4 (no host id) ?

What is the resulting format of endpoints information exposed by SC ?

(note that the expected result should be backwards compatible. See Particular/NServiceBus#1905 (comment))
