The following genes are used currently: "H3F3A", "HIST1H3B", "HIST1H3C", "HIST2H3C" - update defining lesions code to change:

H3-3A <- H3F3A
H3C2 <- HIST1H3B
H3C3 <- HIST1H3C
H3C14 <- HIST2H3C

When do you expect the revised analysis will be completed?

During v12 data release staggered PR
