I've moved from #434 to fix merge conflicts.

This bump seems to fix one of the bugs, now it shows another bug

  1) service-worker
       "before each" hook:

Hm, that issue appears to be isaacs/node-graceful-fs#129

Didn't a similar issue in the past have to do with the temp package?

This was superseded by #527, in which we removed this package.
