Permissions and their description can be found in plugin.yml. There are two kind of permissions:

static permissions, which are listed in that file.
dynamic permissions which are added at startup, as they depend on the achievements you've configured in config.yml. Pay special attention to the comments at the bottom of that file to understand how these are defined.
