0.20230525.0: Current state is 0.3-716-g417bbbe - so it has been lots of changes

since the previous 0.3 release in 2020. Notable changes

- Switching releases to date based ones, using date in the MINOR
- scripts/create_singularities was rewritten in Python and placed on cron
  job
- Added neurodesk singularity containers (not mirrored from
  datasets.datalad.org)
- Overall over 250 of new containers were added
- All scripts and docs are codespelled now
- `scripts/freeze_versions` can now freeze into super-dataset
  to avoid the need of modifying original ReproNim/containers
  dataset
- For singularity containers from former shub:// replaced
  them with explicit direct urls to datasets.datalad.org thus removing
  the need for datalad git-annex special remote altogether.
