Is your software violating any licensing agreements? List all third-party software you plan to use and ensure that you have the right to use as you plan.

All software is licensed under open-source licenses, with the exception of the Spotify API. We will adhere to the Spotify developer terms of use and developer policy.

Are there any intellectual property constraints placed by your client? or by the owner of some dataset you need to use? List them.

Spotify has copyright policies and content and intellectual property rights in place that we will continue to follow and enforce that our users should follow. There are items within the developer policy that point to some intellectual property rights that we will have to take into consideration when building our application.

Can your users use your app to break the law? post copyright works on your webapp? steal information? Etc.

With the ability to create your own comments and posts this can pose a major concern for criminal acts to take place. Platform where users are able to freely create these messages and post can lead to issues regarding cyberbullying, harassment, pedophilia, and plots of terriorism. With the use of the Spotify Web API there are already restrictions to access and steal information that do not need to be implemented in our platform. We will also ensure that you can only access your own user account, and an option will be added to the report button for copyrighted material.
