To develop an Addiction Solver Web Application that guides individuals to overcome their addictions therefore contributing to a healthier lifestyle.

- Conduct daily meetings where team members will provide updates on their work.
- Submit the weekly Sprint Report to gradescope before the deadline.
- Provide support and guidance to team members.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Facilitate sprint planning meetings to select tasks from the product backlog and distribute among members.
- Regularly review the sprint board and ensure that all team members are updating tasks.

- Regularly attend and actively contribute to all team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Engage in discussions, share insights and provide feedback during meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, sharing progress updates and addressing challenges promptly.
- Actively work on and complete assigned tasks in alignment with sprint goals and priorities.
- Answer the three key stand-up questions: What was done yesterday? What will be done today? Are there any blockers?
- Actively contribute to sprint retrospectives, discussing what went well, what could be improved, and suggesting actionable items for the next sprint.
- Collaborate with team members to address challenges and solve problems.
Key dates, deadlines, and milestones for our project are:
- Week 5: MVP Demo
- Week 6-9: Final Implementation
- Week 10: Final Presentation
- Week 10: Final Demo
Each week, one person will be sprint lead for the week. The sprint lead will be responsible for keeping everyone on track that week, and submitting the sprint report in Gradescope.
The Sprint Lead will rotate each week, according to this schedule:
