Goal

To develop an Addiction Solver Web Application that guides individuals to overcome their addictions therefore contributing to a healthier lifestyle.

Processes

• Our team will meet weekly at Fridays /2:00pm EAT
• We will meet using Google meet
• The meetings have not been added to the calendar
• We will communicate regularly using Whatsapp group
• We will share documents using GitHub Wiki
• We will manage our project tasks using GitHub Projects

Expectations

The sprint lead will...

1. Conduct daily meetings where team members will provide updates on their work.
2. Submit the weekly Sprint Report to gradescope before the deadline.
3. Provide support and guidance to team members.
4. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
5. Facilitate sprint planning meetings to select tasks from the product backlog and distribute among members.
6. Regularly review the sprint board and ensure that all team members are updating tasks.

Team members will...

1. Regularly attend and actively contribute to all team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
2. Engage in discussions, share insights and provide feedback during meetings.
3. Collaborate effectively with other team members, sharing progress updates and addressing challenges promptly.
4. Actively work on and complete assigned tasks in alignment with sprint goals and priorities.
5. Answer the three key stand-up questions: What was done yesterday? What will be done today? Are there any blockers?
6. Actively contribute to sprint retrospectives, discussing what went well, what could be improved, and suggesting actionable items for the next sprint.
7. Collaborate with team members to address challenges and solve problems.

Key dates, deadlines, and milestones for our project are:

Weekly Sprint Report Schedule

Each week, one person will be sprint lead for the week. The sprint lead will be responsible for keeping everyone on track that week, and submitting the sprint report in Gradescope.

The Sprint Lead will rotate each week, according to this schedule:
