Its the final countdown! Nanana nana nana

The final Countdown is referred as the last thing to do for each iteration of work.

Duties

Before each release, we should go through the following list to make sure we are deploying and producing a well-tested product for our users.

• Discuss the The Final Countdown schedule in Monday's planning call
• Determine the pool of testers and their availability
• Make sure to follow the Release Process in order to deploy the current version to the right channels.
• Go through all the features produced during the iteration and make sure the tests suggested in the PR are executed.
• Ensure each test item has a meaningful content.
• Track progress on test items and checklist items.
• Adjust schedule, particularly the publishing dates, based on defects found, fixes made, holidays, vacations, etc.
