Main improvements in this PR:

  • Added citation guidelines.
  • Added a DOI badge that always points to the latest release in Zenodo.

Note that these guidelines are temporary while there's no yeast8 publication out there, and will be modified accordingly when that changes.

Looks good. For the future, once yeast-GEM is published, the citation section should be more explicitly stated that the Zenodo citation should always be in combination with citation of the yeast-GEM paper. But this is not relevant yet.
