ExistData, Scifinder, flowsa, QA R5, integration...

Added additional tools to the secondary data app: flowsa (to store data files on VM 937), SciFinder (for ease of access as well as storing data from searches), and QA R5 to create and print QAPPs (Category A or B) from within the app. This is an alpha release for testing and still need to add the ability to export all files uploaded to flowsa or scifinder drag-n-drop.
