Due to Windows' limitations on temporary files, we use a custom temporary file provider to ensure Whisper TTS can work on windows.

Thanks for this great pull request.

Due to Windows' limitations on temporary files

Yeah, #632 shares the same issue and a workaround.

Actually, I updated the implementation to not use tempfile in #647, so this pull request is closed.
