Fixes #201

Description

Replaced DNN local references with the newer version.
Updated the nuget files/references to use the newer DNN version.

How Has This Been Tested?

Every template was run and compiled to see if the DNN version was indeed raised, and whether or not it was a nugget reference or local. The local references are not in use, as expected, but are there for those who want/need them.
