thanks for the pull request! However, this issue is a duplicate of #216 , which is a symptom of #244. Adding the file to .gitignore only hides the underlying problem, so we'd rather fix the issue. Keep an eye on #244 for updates. In the meantime, for this particular case, check |

This file gets generated I think when I run vundle install. I notice many people at my work also have this problem and I think this file could be safely ignored?
