What is Pixela Breeder?

Pixela is a Web API only service. So I understand that it can be difficult to use in some situations and difficult to approach for some people.
The people who create third-party libraries that make Pixela easier to use, and the people who write articles about how to use Pixela to lower the psychological hurdles of future users, are the kind of breeders who will grow Pixela with Pixela. At Pixela, I call them Pixela Breeder and feel they are very important.
