Add support for builds to run on Adafruit RP2040 boards.
Builds all tested and worked using
gcc-arm-none-eabi-7-2018-q2-update.Edit
firmware/source/CMakeLists.txtfile to set target board. Probably a better way, but currently don't know enough cmake to do anything fancier.Local copy of pico-sdk had changes to
