New release of AmPtool: Contains allStat.mat and allEco.mat and includes many new functions to plot species as function of ecological properties. allStat.mat contains 1377 entries.

This release contains the entire AmP collection as of the 27th of December 2017.

All of the DEB parameters and quanties in AmP are contained in the matlab structure 'allStat.mat'.
allStat.mat in this 20171227 release contains 913 entries.

It is possible to know the version of each entry (but some experience with the system is needed, ask us if this is very important for you). The underlying code and data for that version must be downloaded directly on the AmP website and then run on matlab.

The motivation to create this release is for users to be able to re-create all of the inter-species comparisons graphs that are found in the [6th special issue on DEB theory] (http://deb.akvaplan.com/specialissue.html).

This resease serves as an archive for the state of the AmP collection on December 27th 2017. The number of entries continously increases.
For scientific purposes, please always clone or download the latest version of AmPtool.
Furthermore the entries are also continuously revised.

The revised entries each have a version number, please read the section on "Archiving and Referencing" on the AmP portal page.
