There are tiny little issues that are related to the Docker container that I find here and there. Instead of making PR for every little issue I decided to collect them here and then solve all of them at once.

So the list of issues:

  1. grep _VERDI_COMPLETE .bash_profile is done for .bash_profile, but should be done for `.bashrc, see the link

Docker: install aiida in conda environment, fix .bashrc (#3745)

fixes #3739 

In the latest update of the aiida-prerequisites image, python is provided
within conda environment. Respectively, this PR adapts aiida-core image
to use python from conda. Also, it fixes autocompletion enabling in user's
.bashrc file
