In order to be able to change multiple attributes at once easily on the SearchParamaters objects, it would convenient to have a setPartialState function with the following signature : Object => SearchParameters. This method would return an updated copy of the SearchParameter object with the content of the partial object.

Ideally this would create a new instance only if it would result in an updated result. Also it would be perfect, if it was not possible to assign unknown attributes.
