Immunofluorescence_2D_Quantification

Versatile Fiji-imagej macro for 2D quantification of each marker inside your immunofluorescence staining in less of 1 minute per image. Control critical steps for segmentation. Drag and drop your image (composite of 4 channels) and the macro "4ch-2D-quantification.ijm" in Fiji-imagej. Then fill the macro in the macro interpreter by following instructions in green and press run. Finally, you will get a csv file containing the measured parameters into the segmented masks stablished for each channel in your image. In addition, the "Parsing_Results.py" script allows to merge data from multiple csv files into a simple excel (.xlsx) file.
