Red, amaranth and teal colors

If you want to use this hydra with other colors, then code should be sligthly changed.

Gitsigns woks asynchronously, and all hydras, except pink, from the Neovim point of view is a one big key mapping. So while you're in hydra state the event loop is occupied by hydra, and the only (known to me) way to temporary release it, is to use vim.wait function. See :help vim.wait.

In the example below, we use on_key function to call vim.wait after every hydras head to make Neovim process other events. The only drawback that rhs should be Lua function to make this trick work.
