What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Ozone should not add code in Hadoop packages unless necessary for extending/using non-public classes. Using
org.apache.hadoop.testandorg.apache.hadoop.utilcan be avoided in most cases.https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-11278
