SUMMARY

Add a DB engine spec for the Aurora Data API.

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

To add an Aurora PostgreSQL database:

Configure the SQLAlchemy URI: postgresql+auroradataapi://{aws access id}:{aws secret key}@/{db_name}
Configure the engine parameters in "Other":
