Fix figure display when there is no table-wrap tag in XML

@liviacarolgouvea, is this an upgrade e.g. to a newer release of the Lens Reader, or a specific tweak in it? It's minified JS, so it appears to change the whole thing at once. |
Is a specific tweak in it. Is an application of this change elifesciences/lens#223 |
