There used to be a draft of the derivative spec here: https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/derivatives/05-derivatives/06-diffusion-derivatives.html, but that link now seems broken and I can't seem to be able to find that document anymore. Does anyone know where it went?

ohy. @franklin-feingold perhaps we can find it in an older commit?

i presume this was live when the derivatives spec was all together? perhaps @effigies may know?

The derivatives branch appears to have been deleted by @sappelhoff on Nov 24, 2020 (bids-standard/bids-specification#207 (comment)), so the RTD build was probably also removed at that point.

What if we had a wip-derivatives that was just master with BEPs 11, 12 and 16 merged in, updated periodically?

Also, would anybody have an objection to me merging master into this branch?

No objections on my end

sorry for causing this trouble, I probably deleted it as a "stale" branch and I didn't give it a second thought that there was still something important on there. Chris' suggestion sounds good.

I see that there is now:

  • 05-diffusion-derivatives-tractography.md
  • 05-diffusion-derivatives.md

Which of these should come first?

In any event: https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/wip-derivatives/05-derivatives/05-diffusion-derivatives.html

Tractography is not in the TOC, and 05 is clashing with fMRI (though that has no effect on the rendering).
