This are the docker build instructions for a demo seaPiper container for KIOSC.
In KIOSC, define port as 8080 and the docker container as
ghcr.io/bihealth/kiosc-seapiper-demo, version latest.
The example loads by default a small COVID dataset contained in the package Rseasnap.
