Description

Change the text colour to blue on the onboarding screen

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a wallet on older deprecated extension
  2. Enable Brave wallet
  3. Text for creating new wallet in the onboarding screen looks like plain text and not like a link text

Actual result:

Expected result:

Per @jamesmudgett We should make it blue like a borderless button

Blocked on #22461. Importer is not shown for Legacy wallet so can't verify this issue until its fixed
