Speed reader icon is removed from the webpage

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.37.3
2. Enable speed reader switch in brave://settings/appearance
3. Open the article https://edition.cnn.com/2022/02/22/entertainment/aaron-rodgers-shailene-woodley-gratitude/index.html
4. Select the article URL and hit enter
5. Speed reader icon is removed

Note: Switch to different tabs and revisit the article will show the icon again

Actual result:

Speed reader icon is removed from the webpage

Expected result:

Speed reader icon should not be removed from the webpage
