fix(wallet): Set NFT Send Amount From Params #22500

Description

Fixes a bug where the Review Send button was disabled if you selected an NFT to send from the Portfolio view

Resolves brave/brave-browser#36605

  1. Go to the Portfolio NFT's tab and view an NFT's details
  2. Click the Send button, you should be redirected to the Send screen
  3. Select a Receiving Address
  4. The Review Send button should be enabled.
