URL tooltip for items on bookmarks toolbar

Each item on the bookmarks toolbar could have a tooltip that shows the URL of the bookmark. Here is an example from Firefox:

On Ubuntu 14.10 (Unity desktop) the width of tooltips is sometimes not calculated correctly.

1. Open some tabs and load pages
2. Hover on them very fast

Here I got "added m..." instead of "New Tab".

How are the tooltips being rendered? (By the system?) The issue likely is Ubuntu-specific.

Yes I agree. On WIndows 10 it's not reproducible. Isn't it possible to
render the tooltip after the length of URL is calculated?

I can reproduce it on Lubuntu neither. It seems like the issue is specific to Unity.

For the unity problem, I wonder if you can reproduce this with chrome with an html page? If so it should be chromium reported bug and not here.

I can reproduce it on Chromium too. It's not fault of Brave :-D

I noticed the issue has been fixed in Ubuntu 16.04.
