This fixes compilation with nightlies released after June 3rd, which to be clear is the sole reason that 0.10 exists at all.
It is identical to 0.9 except for having six functions that were broken by a change to the compiler in a way that cannot be worked around currently commented out.
Not something I actually wanted to do or was expecting to have to do at all, but there was no other option as far as getting a compilable version of staticvec available again.
