Apply the changes from ICM 0.3.0 on mandatory "Authorization" section.

Problem description

ICM has revised the "Authorization" section slightly, adapting the wording form CAMARA glossary and avoiding the Telco term.

Expected behavior

Apply the change to all three API in QoD.

Was initially done in #408 based on the content of main in ICM at that time.

Need to be checked again within the release PR, if there is a conclusion from the discussion in the ICM r2.2 release PR.
