[Lead space] Gradient over image not to spec

This might actually be a feature request apart of #5347 instead of a bug. |
The ui-background is from the opposite theme. All the other elements are from the white theme. If you need Gray 100 background, then you should go with the Gray 100 lead space. |

### Related Ticket(s) #5892 ### Description This fix adjusts the Leadspace gradient to pass accessibility. Also added a new leadspace image per @DragosRistici request <!-- React and Web Component deploy previews are enabled by default. --> <!-- To enable additional available deploy previews, apply the following --> <!-- labels for the corresponding package: --> <!-- *** "package: services": Services --> <!-- *** "package: utilities": Utilities --> <!-- *** "package: styles": Carbon Expressive --> <!-- *** "RTL": React / Web Components (RTL) --> <!-- *** "feature flag": React / Web Components (experimental) -->
This issue is still present in Lead space centered. |
Never mind I will just open a new issue |

This is a bit tricky, so please talk to design team if any tech limitation exist, or if svg/css gradient is defined differently. Improved gradient will help with accessibility.
